What is Radon?
Radon is a cancer-causing, radioactive gas that is invisible, tasteless, and odorless. Most indoor radon enters the building from the soil or rock beneath it. We highly recommend including a radon test along with your inspection.
We can perform a certified radon test for an additional fee of $100 to $150.
Pre-Inspection Agreement
It is required that we have a signed pre-inspection agreement must be signed prior to inspection. This document explains what a home inspection is, what standards we are using, and defines liability.
